some issues during stay
room cleanliness yellow stains
the pool area was a hit with the kids..
the room cleanliness was not great. i found hairs in the bathroom. the bathtub also had yellow stains, quite unappealing. there were even ants in the room during my first night. this.

Excellent Family-Friendly Stay
well-kept pools friendly staff fun experience
i found the pools were well kept and great for kids. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. waking up to monkeys on the balcony was definitely a fun experience (the kids especially loved it).
I noticed the beach has experienced erosion. It's not quite the same as before with a messy slope to the sea, and i smelled petrol near the shores, a bit off-putting.

The breakfast had a wide variety of food choices to satisfy different palates. The selection was excellent, and it ensured everyone found something they liked.

Staff members were attentive and quick to address requests. They contributed significantly to a smooth stay, i think. their dedication enhanced the overall experience for me.
